The weight loss theme is probably one of the most sought-after on the internet outside, and one of the most debated issues in the conversations between ladies (and sometimes also gentlemen) at the beginning of a new year. The good intentions of the 26th and 30th of December are blurred in the anguish, in the difficulty and the inner struggle that each one of us has to fight against the fat inertia. Because?
Fat makes us less active
The adipose tissue is metabolically less active and less efficient causing us to weigh more but this does not translate into greater work capacity, so we are more "soft" and less "proactive". So when you lose fat it seems that it rejuvenates and gains life and energy.
Eating is a pleasure.
It is the greatest truth on the face of the earth. Food is a source of well-being, pleasure and delight. The tastiest foods are those that generally have a higher energy value than the ones we have to avoid more often.And nobody likes to leave these pleasures aside.
Our life is a stress
Work or studies, family, anguish, social pressure, schedules, goals to be met in other spheres, expectations, etc. This is all part of our lives and does not seem to help anything when we take the first step. Unfortunately for many, food becomes an additional stress factor.
We do not know what to eat, we hear so much
New technologies have many advantages but they also have a disadvantage, especially in this area: the disparity of opinions, methods, tips, etc. is so much that sometimes it is better not to know. Foods that get fat or lose weight, seemingly infallible techniques, Hollywood tips, etc. Everything seems to work very well ... at least in the others.
And we do not have time to train
To lose weight and stay on the line say that we have to train every day, running do not know how many kilometres, etc. But the work, the family, etc. do not allow and when we try to do we always sacrifice something more in our life that harms us too much and we end up not being able to do much time. So exercise is a drought, especially what they say to lose weight.
